Today, many
manufacturers of soaps, shampoos, and conditioners enjoy calling a
product Natural
and Organic, thereby confusing man consumers with borderline
definitions and slick copy manipulation. By their
manufacturer's definition, Natural means anything that occurs in
our world that can be used to make a product. By definition, they
are indeed correct. Organic actually can mean (by definition)
any compound that contains carbon. Well, that can mean nearly
everything! In fact, the crude oil feedstock that these
products use in their formulation meet the dictionary definitions of
natural and organic.
Does
that mean you want to put that on your body? |
